Delivery Timeline
- •All deliveries will be made in 24 Hours for laundry and ironing. Dry Cleaning garments will be delivered in 48 Hours.
- •One day delivery is not available before weekly offs & public holidays.
- •Urgent delivery will be charged @ 100% Extra.
Delivery and Inspection
- •Please examine garments at the time of delivery.
Liability and Responsibility
- •We are not responsible for fastness/running of colour/shrinkage/damage to embellishments/embroidery work during process.
- •Every effort is made to remove stains, but we are not responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains.
- •All articles are accepted at customer's risk.
- •We will not be responsible if garments are not collected within 15 days from scheduled delivery.
Compensation and Claims
- •In case of damage, compensation is limited to 10 times of wash charge.
Jurisdiction
- •All disputes are subject to State's jurisdiction only.
